These terms govern your use of this website, sonco.ai, which is operated by sonco. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site. Questions go to hello@sonco.ai.
Use of the Sonco platform itself is governed by a separate agreement between Sonco and each agency. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement.
What the site is for
The site describes the Sonco platform and lets you get in touch with us. Everything on it is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it may contain errors or be out of date, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are indicative, are stated in euros and exclude VAT. They may change at any time. The price that applies to you is the one in the agreement you sign, not the one on this page.
Ownership
The Sonco name, logo and mark, and the text, design, screenshots and code of this site, belong to sonco. You may view the site and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, adapt, redistribute or use any of it commercially without our written permission.
The names and logos of property portals shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. They appear to indicate the portals Sonco can publish to, and imply no endorsement by those companies.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site in any way that breaks the law, that damages or interferes with it, or that attempts to gain access to any part of it or its underlying systems that is not intentionally made public. Automated scraping of the site is not permitted.
Links to other sites
Where the site links to other websites, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided as it is, without any warranty that it will be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. El uso de la propia plataforma Sonco se rige por un contrato independiente entre Sonco y cada agencia. Nada de lo que aparece en este sitio web forma parte de ese contrato.
Para qué sirve el sitio
El sitio describe la plataforma Sonco y te permite ponerte en contacto con nosotros. Todo su contenido se ofrece a título informativo. Procuramos que sea exacto y esté actualizado, pero puede contener errores o no estar al día, y podemos modificar o retirar cualquier parte sin previo aviso.
Precios
Los precios que aparecen en este sitio son orientativos, se expresan en euros y no incluyen el IVA. Pueden cambiar en cualquier momento. El precio que se te aplica es el del contrato que firmes, no el de esta página.
Propiedad
El nombre, el logotipo y la marca Sonco, así como los textos, el diseño, las capturas de pantalla y el código de este sitio, pertenecen a sonco. Puedes ver el sitio e imprimir páginas para tu propia consulta. No puedes copiar, adaptar, redistribuir ni usar comercialmente nada de ello sin nuestro permiso por escrito.
Los nombres y logotipos de los portales inmobiliarios que aparecen en este sitio son marcas de sus respectivos titulares. Aparecen para indicar los portales en los que Sonco puede publicar y no implican ningún respaldo por parte de esas empresas.
